I bought my Hyundai Sonata, and 2014 and in 2016 my motor went kaput because of a defect from the factory . I got a brand new motor no cost to me plus a new loaner car to drive while my car was being repaired . Great customer service, Junior was a pleasure to work with ! Phenomenal service. My fiance, son, and I were driving through Kentucky from Indianapolis to Louisiana for Thanksgiving in my mother's car. Due to a back service job from our home dealership, the drain plug came out in the middle of the night and nearly blew the engine. I got the car towed to Swope Hyundai, and they were able to get a warranty recall on the engine, and refunded the cost of the necessary alignment and throttle body cleaning when our dealership back home refused to cover it.
