Awesome!!! The entire service dept was awesome from beginning to end. Nico took care of me and my baby (Santa Cruz) from the time we entered the shop. Dealership was extremely clean, nice and the waiting area was just as awesome. BUT when Nico showed me too my car and OPENED the door..... oh yeah ...Hyundai rocks!!!

We chose to drive 45 minutes to this this Hyundai service center because of the good reviews and after having a lackluster experience with the local service center in Louisville. We were not disappointed. We were dealing with a high oil consumption issue at only 88,000 miles. Unfortunately, this is not an uncommon issue with Hyundai engines that were used with our 2015 Sonata. They followed the service bulletin that was issued for this and completed a combustion chamber cleaning. After driving the car for 1k after the cleaning, the oil consumption issue was gone. The staff here was professional and did a good job of explaining the process ( especially Nico Rubio). We're very happy to have our car running the way it should and very pleased with the service we received.

The phone number on Google gets to an AI scheduler which was easy. The appointment time was acceptable. Everything was discussed with a price point before the appointment started. Additional work was discussed with a quote, but no pressure to do it immediately, which I appreciate a lot.

Michael K put the wife into something she wanted instead of a vehicle that suited her needs. Always got vehicles for kids grandkids, or elderly parent that needed to be able to exit and enter with ease. So he slapped her into santa Cruz, and she ain't looked back. Cheers mates

I'll make this short as possible. Took a rock to the radiator 15 miles from Elizabethtown KY. Call Hundai Roadside assistance. Got a rep almost immediately. Think it was Anthony, but maybe not. Took care of me and had a towtruck headed to us in relatively no time. Ronnie was the driver. He was awesome. Around 50 minutes later we were on the way to Swopes. I had called and spoken to Taylor about a loaner, but there were none. Ten plus minutes later she called me back to tell me one had just been returned and was ours. We arrived and met Nico first, and he was awesome. Then met Taylor, and she was awesome also. Resumed our EMERGENCY excursion, yes, it was truly and emergency. Made the rest of our trip, and then back home. There were no radiators in stock, so Nico told me it was three days out, and this was last Friday, so the weekend was included. He said this Friday at the earliest because there were also people in front of us. We arrived home and he called to say that it was already repaired, and this was Wednesday!! We returned on Saturday morning to retrieved our repaired Santa Cruz, had the pleasure to work with a beautiful young lady and a very cool young man at the service desk. They both were awesome, just like everyone else. WELL DONE EVERYONE!!!! Really glad we own a Hundai. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

Nichole was awesome and I had the fastest service ever!

Thank you for wonderful service. I got there an hour early and was automatically checked in and the car was taken back immediately. Service was super quick as well and very thorough. Nico was super polite and thorough with the follow up care that I will need on my next visit.

I came across the Palisade I was looking for on the Swope Hyundai website, priced well below what my local dealership offered for the same car. Despite it being nearly closing hour at the dealership when we first called, our salesperson Joshua Massey was so friendly and helpful. He immediately sent us a personal walkthrough video of the vehicle. I could tell he entrusted us that we were serious about purchasing, as he went ahead and held the vehicle for us. We were able to seamlessly purchase our car completely remotely, done at the preference of my schedule, and the vehicle was delivered directly to our home (a three hour drive from the dealership). Joshua helped us every step of the way, including reaching out after the purchase to ensure we loved our car. Buying from Swope was truly the easiest, fairest, most transparent and convenient car buying process I have had. Highly recommend, even if you are not in their local area!

I Went in for oil change and tire rotation this morning and was very pleased with there efficiency!! I was in and out in under an hour and they kept me posted thru texts during all of it. They even sent a inspection video they done letting me know how the filters and undercarriage looked. My service advisor, Amanda, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Overall a great experience!!

What a great buying experience.Came down today Memorial day from Michigan to pick up our new Palisade.We were able to get the color combo here we were looking for in Emerald green with brown interior really sharp. Called here a few weeks back and sales person Josh Massey picked up and so glad he did because as I will admit I CAN BE A PAIN. Josh made our buying experience a real pleasure which in the past hasn't always been the case at other dealerships. Would like to thank everyone at Swope who had to deal with me shout out to Lexi and Ryan. If you are in the market for a new Hyundai stop in at Swope and ask for Josh you won't be disappointed.
