Purchased my 24 Palisade in December process was seamless and just had my oil changed. They kept me updated on the status so I could pick up when I got off work.
I bought my Hyundai Sonata, and 2014 and in 2016 my motor went kaput because of a defect from the factory . I got a brand new motor no cost to me plus a new loaner car to drive while my car was being repaired . Great customer service, Junior was a pleasure to work with ! I couldn’t ask for anything better !! I don’t know too many dealerships that provide you with a loaner car to drive while your car is being repaired 🙂 5 stars!!

My salesperson Brock went above and beyond to get exactly what I wanted, is a great communicator, and is fantastic at follow up after the sale. The entire team there is the same way, and truly make you feel like the only customer. Definitely recommend!
Great personal service, Adryan went above and beyond. I purchased this vehicle completely remotely from 2 hours away and had the vehicle delivered right to my house. Lexi made the paperwork review easy also, no hard pressure warranty sales pitch. Swope hasn't been in business this long by mistake. Good people and easy as pie!
My wife and I purchased a Santa Fe from the Swope team and had a phenomenal experience. We couldn't get there until well after close (on Valentines no less) and Lucas, Lexi and Stuart stayed until late in the evening to help us get our new car. Stuart was amazing! He helped my husband get his new Grand Cherokee. Very informed throughout the process. He was a man of his word and a pleasure to work with. There were some items that needed to be fixed on the car prior to our picking it up and he communicated everyday with us on the status as he said he would and it was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend going and seeing him if you’re interested in a new or used car.

I have had a fantastic experience starting with Brock, my salesman, all the way to after-care services. I needed a car that was mainly for my work commute that I could put a ton of mileage on. UPDATE: Swope made it right for me by personally coming to get my vehicle while I was at work and installing my new part. They even brought it back earlier than expected. They made sure to take care of me ASAP and sincerely apologized for the mishap. Phenomenal service. My fiance, son, and I were driving through Kentucky from Indianapolis to Louisiana for Thanksgiving in my mother's car. Due to a back service job from our home dealership, the drain plug came out in the middle of the night and nearly blew the engine. I got the car towed to Swope Hyundai, and they were able to get a warranty recall on the engine, and refunded the cost of the necessary alignment and throttle body cleaning when our dealership back home refused to cover it. Phenomenal service and work, the car is running like new.
