After experiencing an engine failure with my vehicle, Swope Hyundai ultimately repaired the engine and helped get me back on the road. Throughout the process, Amanda was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, professional, patient, and always willing to answer my questions and keep me updated. She made a stressful situation so much easier by making sure I felt informed and taken care of. Amanda genuinely went above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for the way she handled everything. It is clear that she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. I would also like to recognize Nicole, the service manager, for her professionalism and assistance throughout the process. I truly appreciated having a team that was willing to work with me and make sure everything was handled properly. Awesome!!! The entire service dept was awesome from beginning to end. Nico took care of me and my baby (Santa Cruz) from the time we entered the shop. Dealership was extremely clean, nice and the waiting area was just as awesome. BUT when Nico showed me too my car and OPENED the door..... oh yeah ...Hyundai rocks!!!
