Purchased my 24 Palisade in December process was seamless and just had my oil changed. They kept me updated on the status so I could pick up when I got off work.

I bought my Hyundai Sonata, and 2014 and in 2016 my motor went kaput because of a defect from the factory . I got a brand new motor no cost to me plus a new loaner car to drive while my car was being repaired . Great customer service, Junior was a pleasure to work with ! I couldn’t ask for anything better !! I don’t know too many dealerships that provide you with a loaner car to drive while your car is being repaired 🙂 5 stars!!

My salesperson Brock went above and beyond to get exactly what I wanted, is a great communicator, and is fantastic at follow up after the sale. Great personal service, Adryan went above and beyond. I purchased this vehicle completely remotely from 2 hours away and had the vehicle delivered right to my house. Lexi made the paperwork review easy also, no hard pressure warranty sales pitch. Swope hasn't been in business this long by mistake. Good people and easy as pie!

The Sales process was fast and easy. I got the exact car I wanted. My sales representative and the gentleman in finance were both fantastic!

Swope Service Dept has gone above and beyond to help us even when our vehicle was not in their shop. Comparing the service we received with the standards of Swope, the clear winner is Swope.

My husband and I had been searching for a Hyundai Sonata for him for several months. We had even been to several dealerships, and found cars we were interested in. However, the sales people we had previously worked with were very pushy, some were even rude. This dealership was awesome! Jacob Lyons was open and honest, the finance staff were straight forward, and everyone was friendly without being pushy. We will definitely be coming back when it's time to trade in my vehicle.
