I came across the Palisade I was looking for on the Swope Hyundai website, priced well below what my local dealership offered for the same car. Despite it being nearly closing hour at the dealership when we first called, our salesperson Joshua Massey was so friendly and helpful. He immediately sent us a personal walkthrough video of the vehicle. I could tell he entrusted us that we were serious about purchasing, as he went ahead and held the vehicle for us. We were able to seamlessly purchase our car completely remotely, done at the preference of my schedule, and the vehicle was delivered directly to our home (a three hour drive from the dealership). Joshua helped us every step of the way, including reaching out after the purchase to ensure we loved our car. Buying from Swope was truly the easiest, fairest, most transparent and convenient car buying process I have had. Highly recommend, even if you are not in their local area!

I Went in for oil change and tire rotation this morning and was very pleased with there efficiency!! I was in and out in under an hour and they kept me posted thru texts during all of it. They even sent a inspection video they done letting me know how the filters and undercarriage looked. My service advisor, Amanda, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Overall a great experience!!

What a great buying experience.Came down today Memorial day from Michigan to pick up our new Palisade.We were able to get the color combo here we were looking for in Emerald green with brown interior really sharp. Called here a few weeks back and sales person Josh Massey picked up and so glad he did because as I will admit I CAN BE A PAIN. Josh made our buying experience a real pleasure which in the past hasn't always been the case at other dealerships. Would like to thank everyone at Swope who had to deal with me shout out to Lexi and Ryan. If you are in the market for a new Hyundai stop in at Swope and ask for Josh you won't be disappointed.

We recently purchased a new vehicle from Swope Hyundai in Elizabethtown, Ky. The salesman Josh was very helpful, friendly and extremely supportive in his efforts to complete this sale. The sales with Josh started via text messaging, then phone conversations and eventually at the dealership. Josh came in on his off day to help us complete the purchase the next day. We were extremely happy with his efforts, and the new car we purchased.

Had Lacey Gray as the person handling my visit. Had to bring the vehicle to address a recall issue. Service was quick, easy, and Lacey was a pleasure to deal with. Can recommend the dealership and specifically the service department for any issues recall or otherwise.

Took very long time to fix my car about 2 months I was aware they were short handed. They gave me a loner until my car was fixed which was very helpful. Over all I was satisfied with my experience with them .

We had an amazing experience purchasing our Jeep Wagoneer through Swope in Elizabethtown! Ryan, Pizza Guy and Kyra all made the experience smooth, easy, and an overall pleasure. There were no gimmicks or “typical car salesman pitches”. All were very honest and shot us straight. They all had warm smiles on their faces which was very welcoming coming in! We highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through them!
