I came across the Palisade I was looking for on the Swope Hyundai website, priced well below what my local dealership offered for the same car. Despite it being nearly closing hour at the dealership when we first called, our salesperson Joshua Massey was so friendly and helpful. He immediately sent us a personal walkthrough video of the vehicle. I could tell he entrusted us that we were serious about purchasing, as he went ahead and held the vehicle for us. We were able to seamlessly purchase our car completely remotely, done at the preference of my schedule, and the vehicle was delivered directly to our home (a three hour drive from the dealership). Joshua helped us every step of the way, including reaching out after the purchase to ensure we loved our car. Buying from Swope was truly the easiest, fairest, most transparent and convenient car buying process I have had. Highly recommend, even if you are not in their local area!

I Went in for oil change and tire rotation this morning and was very pleased with there efficiency!! I was in and out in under an hour and they kept me posted thru texts during all of it. They even sent a inspection video they done letting me know how the filters and undercarriage looked. My service advisor, Amanda, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Overall a great experience!!

What a great buying experience.Came down today Memorial day from Michigan to pick up our new Palisade.We were able to get the color combo here we were looking for in Emerald green with brown interior really sharp. Called here a few weeks back and sales person Josh Massey picked up and so glad he did because as I will admit I CAN BE A PAIN. Josh made our buying experience a real pleasure which in the past hasn't always been the case at other dealerships.
